The owner of the food truck was so friendly! My boyfriend and I were torn between the pulled pork and the ribs, and to ease our tough choice the owner offered us a sample of both. Both the ribs and the pulled pork were amazing...but that pulled pork was something ELSE! The most tender meat we've ever had. As our sides we got the Mac and cheese and baked beans. The Mac and cheese is like "your mom's Mac and cheese". The level of friendliness/mixed with the delicious food... we will be back...maybe tomorrow. Thanks again Hands of a Craftsman!

The meats were ready to roll at 7pm. We got brisket, burnt ends, cornbread and Mac and cheese. Let me tell you what a treat this was. To start of with the gentlemen working the truck are so kind, knowledgeable and wonderful. My kids couldn't wait to tell them how excited they were for cornbread. That cornbread? SOAKED in honey and such an amazing structure. It has a little zing to it too. 10/10 The Mac and cheese is so flavorful and rich, the brisket is Smokey all the way through and those burnt ends are sticky sweet and just as smoky. There is a sauce bar to the side with solo cups to take home. Do not miss out on this place! They say they post their schedule on Instagram so you kind track them down and get your bbq fix.

We ordered the baked beans and Mac and cheese as sides. It's a huge portion and we were able to eat off of it for a couple meals. The chicken was moist and delicious, the Mac and cheese was dried out. But because of the owners friendliness it's worth giving them another try.

It's not that they need one, if you live here you know it's here. There are no tables and chairs, but everyone knows this is a grab and go kind of place. I have been known to pull in to an empty lot and enjoy. These are the best ribs outside of making them yourself. They are cooked daily over a wood fire not charcoal so you can taste it in the meat. The sauce is just as good and even better as you sop it up with the Texas toast. And if your a city kid and don't know how to sop find a country friend to guide you through the process. They also have homemade sides such as mac and cheese, green beans, baked beans and sweet potato pie for dessert. You can truly get a home cooked meal here. The wings dish is hot and delicious with crinkle fries. Crinkle fries makes everything better. These are my two faves, but there is more to choose from at this small yet full service Orlando mainstay. Be warned if you are visiting town and are not used to homemade sweet tea I advise you to cut it with some water. This sweet tea can cause you to get the sugar and possibly lose a foot to diabetes but it is so good you don't care. Although I no longer live in Orlando I make it a point to run by the rib truck to grab a slab so for those still in the City Beautiful keep enjoying Priceless and if you are going to visit don't waste your money on tourist food and get something the locals know about.

We actually did take it to go, but it was a good experience. At this ima they had a Meatloaf special which I got - and was very surprised! I do like meatloaf, but so many places do not do it well - this one was cooked well throughout and had great flavor. I ordered it with Corn, Coleslaw, Mash potatoes, & Baked Beans.......everything came expected excerpt for the backed beans......I think the person confused the order and ended up giving me green beans - which were fine, but probably not as tasty as the baked beans. That being said, the remainder was quite good and it was a plentiful serving for a really great price.....I like to try different things here (the one near me at least), but may have this again if I get the chance.
