I got a call from the storage manager saying that Servpro had to "clear" my unit. I didn't think much of it because, like I said, there was nothing really wrong. After Servpro came in, I returned to find my property in a shambles. Some of my stuff was still actually in the hallway after the unit had been locked. My basement has sat here for a year and still unfinished. I do not recommend them at all. Told me they'd be in charge of everything, help picking out things, ordering things etc. Well that didn't happen really. Went to Florida for several weeks. They told me it would be fine. I came home and the things they had done were wrong. I have to say, they admitted their mistakes and paid for them. And Maybe I should wait till they finally finish this project before I review but want to warn people.
