They were professional with the installation and even took care of the paperwork for us to receive the rebates. They installed a high efficiency furnace, humidifier, heat pump with a smart thermostat. We were even to add a new hot water heater as having all the work completed at once resulted in a welcomed savings. The hot water heater and air conditioner have worked flawlessly and we have noticed a savings on our utility bill. We had work done by another contractor that unfortunately damaged our new furnace and Carey and his team quickly came out to assess the situation. Carey even made a special trip to meet with the insurance adjuster. Amazing service and we are looking forward to many years of trouble free service.

We paid extra to have to carpets in the living room and family room deodorized because we have pets. Not only did they not even touch the bedroom, but the other two rooms were soaking wet for 5 days and THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE. We called to complain and were told "oh, there must have been pet urine in the padding and deodorizer activated it". Isn't that the opposite of what it should do?? I told them the bedroom had not been touched and they said "we don't move beds" - well, ok, but do you just not clean the rest of the room either?? They also didn't move or clean under or around the sofa in the family room (the other sofa was on the foam blocks they use). They said they would come back and try to clean it again, but we couldn't stand the smell anymore, so we had to remove the carpet in the living room and family room. We found the carpet tack strip (wooden) around the edges was soaking wet, as was all of the padding. Unless we had a flood, there was no way this could have happened in any way other than them using too much water. I told them I just wanted a refund of the $200 I spent so we can put it toward the carpet we have to replace and they said "we don't do that, we would have to come look at it".There's nothing to look at - the smell was making my whole family sick and we had to remove the carpet.

Called Ktech third. The gal who answered the phone was wonderful-sympathetic and calm and told me they'd be there as soon as they could. I expected someone would come out to just " take a look and assess," but they sent out trucks and a crew with equipment and went right to work, extracting, tearing up floors and getting fans and dehumidifiers set up. They came at 1:00 and stayed till nine, returning every day for a week to stay on top of the situation. We didn't have to knock out any drywall, the damage being mostly limited to the floors and I believe that was a result of their quick response and extraordinary efforts. Special shout out to Tim and Jim, but absolutely everyone we dealt with was wonderful. I recommend them 1000%.

The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right. Very Thankful for that and tho it did take more time and effort it didnt cost that much more to fix those unexpected issues. Very Grateful for that!
