I got a call from the storage manager saying that Servpro had to "clear" my unit. I didn't think much of it because, like I said, there was nothing really wrong. After Servpro came in, I returned to find my property in a shambles. Some of my stuff was still actually in the hallway after the unit had been locked. Tools were scattered across the floor. 40lb containers were all stacked on top of each other with no regard to what might be in them. At least two of their little mountains of boxes had fallen over. I will be hours sorting and assessing damage to fix a problem that wasn't there. I have never seen anything like this.

She cleaned floors, windowsills, walls, ceiling fans, blinds, cobwebs and vacuumed upholstered furniture and wiped down all furniture. She has her own equipment and cleaning supplies.
