I called Mr. Joslin and informed him of the cracks. he asked me to call him in the spring, which I did. He asked me to call him back at the end of June as he was working out of state. I waited until early July and finally got a hold of him to schedule a time for him to come and look at the driveway. by July the cracks were across the whole width the driveway. In our last conversation, Mr. Joslin told me that I "wasn't a priority" for him, and that concrete "cracks". I've not heard from him as of this date. Meanwhile the cracks have further deteriorated and degraded the overall quality of the driveway. Do not use this company's their workmanship is substandard and their customer service is non-existent.

Last year this company was hired to do a roof replacement on my home and my mothers home due to…read morehail damage. I was under the impression that he would be doing the work. The crew that showed up was from Iowa. I ended up with a leak and they did damage to the soffit on my mothers home. I spoke with him in person last year and have called him numerous times. There has been no effort on his part to make the situation right. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and he won't acknowledge that either. If I would have known how this would have turned out I would have waited for another local contractor.

A couple days later Robert Morey the owner of A1 Concrete called me on a rainy morning and asked to get payed so I met him at the bank and paid him and he was suppose to come back and seal the concrete and take off the forms from the side walk . Its been over a month and he hasn't come back to finish the job. He would not answer my calls and my builder said when measuring corner to corner there was a difference of over 4 inches. Be careful of this contractor. He doesnt follow his mission statement.
