I waited for a call but never got one so I rode my bike to work at night in the snow. After graveyard shift I rode by bowens and didn't see my car in the parking lot. I looking in the garage and didn't see it in there either. I had an apple air tag in the car and tracked it. I know apple air tags are very accurate to the foot. I was standing in the parking lot and my phone said my car was right where I was standing but it wasn't. I called them when they opened on Saturday and they said they couldn't reach me because they didn't have my phone number! Even though I had recently talk to them on the phone. When I went to pick it up, my car had an extra 39 miles on the odometer. I know for a fact that it doesn't take 39 miles to road test the alignment. I'm thinking someone took my car home for the night or something. Am I over reacting? Is there a more reasonable explanation?

I called them to see if they could help me they were concerned about my safety and recommended I find a place closer to where i was, at that time. But I continued on my way. After moving out my daughter we headed to RF Tires and showed the tire. They said to give them a couple hours. We walked to the nearest Culver's and they called to say the tire can't be repaired due to the plastic piece was found in the tire. They sold me a used tire so I could make it home. I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Turned what looked to be a day ruiner to just a minor inconvenience.

I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. This car isn't even a decade old yet. Used to be reputable but I would stay away from them now that they've increased in size and overhead.
