I found this place on a whim and I think it is a great hidden gem for locals! I'm a sucker for a spa day and this is a great way to unwind and disconnect. With the hour sweat session, you get a nice essential oil towel and personal sauna room with a vitamin c shower. You get an hour to spend in the room and do whatever you please! There is music connected to inside the sauna so you can listen to music, read a book, etc. they provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, face wash, towels, hair ties, etc. they offer packages and subscriptions to use the services or it is $40 per session after your first. They also have a nook that you can use to get ready after your session with hairdryers, straighteners, an infrared light. Highly recommend trying the experience if you like a good pamper session!

The experience and concept behind SweatHouz is AWESOME! I feel like it's super beneficial and certainly necessary for a "reset" However, the staff at this location wasn't super helpful. This was my first time ever attending, and I was pretty much thrown into a suite. I was not explained how to operate the sauna, and the women seemed uninterested in explaining it to me. Once I was in, I wasted 12 minutes of my hour trying to figure out everything. I am excited for the West Ashley location to open, as I love the concept of this!

    Dust in the sauna

I will not be back to this location. It was my first time, the first woman who was at the counter had an attitude and told me to wait a minute and the walked away and started cleaning the suites. It just wasn't the greatest first impression. Few minutes later another woman came up and took my name, made sure I filled out the paperwork and gave me a cold compress. She showed me the suite and around the facility. She was nice and explained everything. The suite I was put in seemed nice at first but once in the sauna, as shown in the pictures, there was dust everywhere and the door handle was broken. I would also like to note the cold plunge was broken and was not told about it beforehand.

Found this place a few weeks ago and love it. The sauna is great, as is the cold plunge. Manager and staff are really nice.

Not just a sauna and cold plunge. While it does have the…read moresame physical benefits, this place took it so much further to the emotional, I dare say spiritual. You can do different sessions, lead or open. I did a lead session with Monika. After setting an intention, she took us through 2 rounds of 10 minute sauna, then 2 minute cold plunge. A dry 210, it was hot. We were taken through 3 rounds of breathing sessions, starting slow then fast. A great time to let all your anxiety and stress pour out of your body. After a quick rinse, we lowered into ice cold water. Long, slow breathes to help your body relax and recover. Don't forget to give that scream release! After the 2 round of sauna/ plunge, Monika took us back into the sauna for one last session. 3 different rounds of scented water were poured on the hot stones while Monika used a towel to deliver heat bombs that'll definitely wake you up! The towel show alone was worth price of admission. I came with anxiety from the work week and having to sit through Mt P traffic and left with a sense of calm and purpose. Thank you Monika and Mindzero!

I went to Mindzero for the first time for a friend's birthday, and it was Amazing! I have never…read moredone a cold plunge before, so I was nervous, but the sauna sessions made me less nervous to try. We were led by David, and Started the session laying on heated mats in a dark room. This was a great way to begin relaxing. Then, David told us what to expect, which was a 10 minute sauna session (200 degrees), then a 2 minute cold plunge, then another sauna session, the second cold plunge, and finally the last sauna session. While in the first sauna session, we talked about gratitude and people were welcome to share things they were grateful for. Before the session, my legs and back were sore. My body felt much better after the session. I left feeling relaxed, and my body felt amazing. It was also a community vibe, as we shared things we're grateful for together in the sauna, held hands in the cold pool together, laughing and even crying together. I can't wait to go back!

We feared we might be turned away. Instead, the young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful, locating them online and saving us another trip. That simple act of customer service was greatly appreciated! The whole space is warm and inviting, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, from the brick building to the interior design and room decor. There are a variety of rooms to accommodate the many different experiences you can take part in: a large salt "cave," float tank room (with a shower), red light therapy room, large waiting area, and more. There are so many thoughtful touches - it is obvious that the owners took the time to consider everything a guest might need or want: changing rooms with hair dryers, make up wipes, eye covers, q-tips, ear plugs, shampoo and body wash in the showers, robes...the list goes on. There is even complimentary tea in the reception area. We felt so spoiled and so relaxed that we wished we could have stayed all day! I simply can't speak highly enough of this wellness spa and will most definitely be returning.
