It includes a healthy dose of B complex vitamins, as well as other medications as needed, to get you off the couch. I felt rehydrated and ready to take on the day. It was extremely relaxing and comforting, they have tvs so you can watch and enjoy your time and relax when receiving your IV therapy. It was great. You can literally text a number to schedule an appointment, how easy is that?? The office staff was so nice and went over all of the different options which they have a ton of different options from weight loss to immunity boost to just an IV bag. The young man at the front was very friendly. He explained how the whole experience would go, and what exactly I needed to do. And for those who don't know. Apparently, once in the chamber you derobe? Which was hard to re-robe after freezing your tooshie off for 3 mins. And my other suggestion to the owners is to possibly have smaller slippers and gloves for little people like me. Granted it's not a far walk from the changing area, I just felt like a 5 year old wearing their parents shoes for fun. My last suggestion to the owners, is for rebooking and discussing promos. After the experience there was a kind of awkwardness, no receipt or discussing future appointments. Now for those who are seriously considering giving Crytotherapy a try! Do it! You won't regret it. It was definitely a cold 3 mins, but it seriously helped having a song to jam out to during that time. And the effects I felt afterwards was absolutely AMAZING! I felt tingly all over, energized and ready to take on the day. The nerve pain I was experiencing prior greatly subsided and I actually slept really well that night. So in short, I will definitely try it again. And would like to compare my experience with the other cryotherapy clinics in the area before deciding on a regular location.
