Apparently, once in the chamber you derobe? Which was hard to re-robe after freezing your tooshie off for 3 mins. And my other suggestion to the owners is to possibly have smaller slippers and gloves for little people like me. Granted it's not a far walk from the changing area, I just felt like a 5 year old wearing their parents shoes for fun. My last suggestion to the owners, is for rebooking and discussing promos. After the experience there was a kind of awkwardness, no receipt or discussing future appointments. Now for those who are seriously considering giving Crytotherapy a try! Do it! You won't regret it.
