Like you know when you had a great workout, I felt that today. So effective and I felt like I was pushing myself. Also what I really like that other gyms miss is the help and motivation from instructors. THIS is the most important thing, form and breathing technique and they help you through each station. I don't know how I am even able to type this... my arms are on spaghetti mode after a killer 40 minute work out this morning. The studio is CLEAN! The amenities are spectacular, nice restrooms with personal care items at your disposal, showers for you to get ready if you need to go somewhere after your work out and dry bar to fix your hair! The set up is easy to follow and easy to get the hang of. You can challenge yourself with resistance and weights according to your ability. I had a very disappointing experience with their membership cancellation process. I cancelled my membership both verbally and via email, yet I was still charged for the following month. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the next month, resulting in two unauthorized charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute. I contacted the studio manager, but the issue remains unresolved and the assistance provided has not been helpful. This situation is especially frustrating because I actually enjoyed working out at the studio and had positive experiences before this happened. However, the way this cancellation was handled has completely changed my perception. I hope the studio will review its cancellation process and address this issue properly, as charging customers after they have clearly cancelled their membership is unacceptable. At this point, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this studio until this issue is resolved. read more

AUSTIN'S HIDDEN WORKOUT GEM 1. The workout I've tried many workouts throughout my life, F45, orange theory, soul cycle, peloton, etc. just to name drop a few. But SWEAT440 changes the game. Their #neverlate policy really opens the door for everyone to workout- leaving executes at the door because a new class starts every ten min. Forget about uncontrollable traffic, your work schedule, etc. one thing you can alway count on- getting a sweat on at this place. I can truly say that this place never gets boring because the equipment and movements changes every time you step into the studio. I've moved my body in ways I never thought was possible and every day works a different part of the body! Such a great workout design. PLUS- my favorite part- NO TREADMILL!!! Cardio is done in different ways. No more thinking running is the only effective way to burn calories...hint hint: it's also so bad for you joints. 2. The atmosphere and staff This is the very first place I haven't felt judgment in a bouquet workout studio! There's no cliques, no member favorites, etc. Everyone welcomes you arms open!! Always up beat music playlist! Some days/times are slower than others but I like that it's always changing. It's like a open gym setting with a personal trainer. The coaches are not on a mic talking to the whole class. They are able to customize the workout to any fitness level, fitness goal, etc. It's truly a win-win! I'd also like to commend the place on their cleanliness. Their showers, bathrooms, and workout equipment is always in pristine condition. I love this studio and have been coming here for over a year. The format and flexibility is awesome. My only complaint is with ownership and the constant high turnover rate for staff. Some of the best coaches have been let go recently and it really bums me out - Kenneth, Matt, Dez just to name a few. New coaches every other week is not a good look. This gym stole $300 from my wife. They have predatory practices and refuse to take any responsibility. She paused her membership but was charged a $150 monthly membership fee without being notified in advance. When she contacted the gym and attempted to cancel she was told they need to be charged a second month fee before they could actually process the cancellation. Okay wow, I loved this class! I did the 6am class through ClassPass. It is on the campus, don't let parking deter you, there are a couple of free parking garages at site you can use and walk over. The checkin process was super easy and I appreciated that once you checked in you were added to a group on the screen. The screen showed you what different workouts you would do and which one you were on. This was my first time seeing something like this and it was very helpful! Jordan the instructor was super helpful and walked me through where everything was and what the process looked like. The overall vibe was great and everyone was super friendly and supportive! SWEAT440 features a great workout that reminds me a lot of F45 or a boot camp class. The nice thing about this gym you can go at anytime as people just rotate through the stations and they have TVs on the wall featuring animations of the workout. The one I did was a total body workout with some cardio involved. By the time I got to the last station I was drenched with sweat and my hr in the 160s. There is an instructor but he is mostly there to facilitate you moving from station to station and to help improve your form. This gym is great for flexibility but doesn't hit the mark for personal training. read more

The workouts are varied and challenging but I always feel comfortable - never judged or pressured - if I have to modify an exercise. I've been a member here for close to 2 years now. At first, it was great. Great trainers who knew your name and helped throughout your workout. Several trainers and managers have now left and sometimes don't even show up to open the gym. It's disappointing when you pay so much for a membership to not be able to workout and the amenities are always out of order and do not get fixed. The water fountain has been down for months and now down to only one working shower. As someone who works out before work, this is incredibly inconvenient. Things need to change. read more
