We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home. The gym itself is cool - it's not fully done but I enjoy it even as is! I've taken one of Anthony's group fitness classes and it was difficult, but so much fun. I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!
