I am an elderly woman and Pilates has improved and allowed me to maintain my posture, balance, and core strength. A strong core protects ones' back. The workout itself could be performed by a varying of age groups and experiences levels. My favorite workouts are the ones that feel easy and fun, but leave me sore. This workout did exactly that. I am a senior citizen who values my tennis and golf but sciatica in my back was threatening everything I liked to do and back surgery was bring discussed. When I tried to work with other trainers I kept getting hurt and going backwards. With Nancy's expert knowledge and guidance I'm back to tennis several times per week. It's always forward progress and no injury. She's also a lot of fun and keeps me motivated. Nancy will always be my personal trainer. I may be getting older, but Nancy's keeping me young.
