Dr. Agarwal was recommended to me by a dental office I really trust. After moving to San Francisco, I had tried several dentists without success -- I was looking for someone professional, respectful of my time, and truly effective. I finally found that in Dr. Agarwal and her team. From the start, the office impressed me. I booked my appointment in advance, and their team handled everything seamlessly (hello Jutta!) -- gathering my dental history, explaining the claims and reimbursement process, and ensuring I was fully informed. I've never experienced such outstanding customer service at a dental office. When I met Dr. Agarwal, she was friendly, personable, and genuinely listened. It's rare to feel truly heard in a healthcare setting, but I did here. There was no upselling -- just thoughtful, patient-centered care. She explained each procedure before starting, and I saw immediate results from my first cleaning. (I had a filling repaired and it was also the best and quickest experience!) Every person I encountered seemed happy to be there, which speaks volumes about the office culture. I've already recommended Dr. Agarwal to my husband -- even though it's farther than his current dentist -- because I truly believe this team cares about their patients and delivers an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!!! read more

I have been going to Dr. Agarwal for as long as long as I can remember and she is hands down my favorite dentist. Dr Argawal is a great dentist. My case was pretty complex with old implants that needed new crowns. She was so patient and highly competent. I also had her do a full mouth of veneers. She personally does my cleanings as well and my teeth look beautiful. Also, a really lovely person and Jutta is a wonderful office manager-love her too. She went above and beyond for me as well. read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Agarwal. I think she does a great job explaining the dental procedure and treatment plans. I would recommend calling and understanding the insurance plans, the reception desk is so helpful to de-mystify it all. read more

My previous dentist didn't offer Airflow cleaning, so I transitioned to Dr. Agarwal's office six months ago--I'm so glad I did. Dr. Agarwal is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the examination and treatment plan, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. They were gentle yet effective during my cleaning, and provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene at home. I had a horrible experience with this dentist . My worst nightmare ... she is lucky that I did not bring her to court for malpractice . read more

Dr. Swati Agarwal was easily the most caring, diligent, and professional dentist that I have ever visited. I went for a whitening treatment on September 15, 2021, and throughout the 3-hour procedure, she was meticulous in explaining each step as she progressed through the procedure, and always making sure at every available opportunity to ensure that I was comfortable. And best of all - the procedure was a resounding success! As an avid coffee and red wine drinker, I have always had issues with unwanted coloring of my teeth. The improvement in "whiteness" of my teeth was not only easily noticeable in the before and after photos, it was actually more than I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Agarwal to anyone looking for an amazing dentist in the Bay Area. And I look forward very much to my next visit - when was the last time you said that about a dentist?! read more

My teeth are straight thanks to Dr. Agarwal at SF Dental Studio. I had a 7 month invisalign treatment and Dr. Agarwal made my teeth look naturally straight. I had to change my aligners every 2 weeks and had periodic checkups. I had a chipped tooth as well and Dr. Agarwal filled it in. I don't feel self-conscious about my smile anymore and am so pleased with my results. Pictures speak a thousand words so here it is. highly recommend silicon dental and Dr. Agarwal :) read more

Swati Agarwal - Crooked to straight! Thank you Dr. Agarwal! - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - San Francisco, California

Dr. Agarwal is probably one of the best dentists I've ever had and I've gone through quite a few. Couple of reasons for this: 1) She's extremely punctual. I often have meetings on and off within the city, and she budgets her time wisely so you can plan out your day very effectively. I don't have to plan to spend hours at the dental office. 2)She's extremely warm and welcoming, and is a calm presence when operating on your teeth. Generally can sense when I'm in pain so it makes it a whole lot easier because she's aware of the sensitive areas. 3) She offers fair pricing for dental services within SF. 4) The tech system that they have in place for reminders and alerts leading up to your appointment makes sure I don't forget that I ever have an appointment. Highly recommended! read more

In December of 2017 I had dental work completed by Dr. Swati Agarwal in the office at 500 Sutter St. I would like to compliment Jutta, the Office Manager, for her positive attitude, friendliness and kind demeanor. I originally went for a fractured tooth, but I agreed to a "Smile Design". $1,900 later, I had a plan to get 9 teeth crowned. The invoice says: "Porcelain fused to high noble metal" for $2,060 plus $365 for core build up for each crown. I also received an occlusal orthotic device for $1,650. I was required to pay the total amount due immediately: $22,355.00. The temporary crowns were too long and very yellow and I was unable to speak properly (could not pronounce S's and F's.) I went back after two weeks and Swati replaced the temporaries. She created the molds for the final crowns from these temporaries. I was in pain and still unable to speak properly. I went back two weeks later and the final crowns were cemented. I was still in pain for a month. I took ibuprofen every day. Also, the final crowns were NOT made of porcelain fused to metal, but made of a material called E-Max. The crowns were very thick and made it difficult for me to speak properly. In January 2018 I went back 5 times for adjustments to try to get the speech corrected. I had a definite lisp. Still in pain, still rather slurred speech and very frustrated. They suggested I continue and get the rest of a full mouth reconstruction done to solve the problems including a cross bite. It was recommended I give it some time and "not think so hard when speaking." After 4 more weeks I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Agarwal kindly provided me the information and models needed. The 9 crowns have been drilled off and replaced. read more

I can't begin to describe what an wonderful experience I had at SF Dental Studio. I'm not the biggest fan of dental visits, but the staff at the Studio made me feel relaxed and kept me within my comfort zone the whole time. From the moment I walked in, Jutta greeted me with a warm smile and made the paperwork process a breeze. Dr. Agrawal was extremely professional and is an AMAZING dentist. Every step of the way, she described what she was doing and what's coming next which put my mind to ease. She really knows her stuff and even provided tips and recommendations that would help protect my teeth for post visit care. Her assistant Andrea was very sweet as well and would pause to make sure I was doing okay if I had anything but a relaxed expression on my face. I don't think I can ever go to another dentist again. 12/10 would recommend. read more

Dr. Agarwal and her team took excellent care of me! I was given an exam of my teeth and Dr let me know of any troubled areas and what the best plan of action was moving forward. Being a tea drinker I had a few stains which were removed successfully. I received whitening as well which improved the color of my teeth. Highly recommended! Very friendly staff! read more

Best dentist I've been to, hands down!! I've seen Dr. Swati Agarwal multiple times and have always had a great experience. She is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. I went to her a few years ago for an emergency dental procedure for a fractured front tooth. As nervous as I was, she made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure step-by-step. The procedure was quick and smooth, and best of all, she did an absolutely AMAZING job! Unlike experiences with other dentists, Dr. Agarwal is extremely thorough with her work. She always has your best interest in mind and recommends a plan and treatment best suited to you (not a lot of dentists do this!) Her staff is super welcoming and warm. The dental equipment is high-tech and I love how she uses laminated forms to reduce paper waste. The office is in a super convieneint location, especially for those working in SF and because of it's proximity to BART. Also love the tasteful and modern decor. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal! Guaranteed excellent service every time. read more

I came to Dr. Agarwal when I saw that she is able to do a deep cleaning with anesthesia. I called the office and Jutta was super helpful in helping me set up my first appointment so they can see what they are working with. Shortly after that I also had Dr. Jaber's number so that he could talk to me about anesthesia and we were set to go for my deep Cleaning. I am one of those people that is super nervous and scared of not just doctors offices but of needles the most, which is why this made much sense for me to do. Dr. Agarwal and her staff are so nice and so patient with me and explains everything that they need to do and how long it may take. My deep cleaning was awesome! I have gone back for a follow up and still she is amazing and I cannot thank them enough for really caring about their patients. You even get a call or text back asking how you are and make sure if you have questions you can always reach out them. Definitely come see Dr. Agarwal for your dental needs. read more

Dr. Agarwal is amazing! She has been my dentist for about 4 years and recently moved to the city from San Jose. I followed her to SF despite the commute since she's an extraordinary dentist. She truly takes the time to care for all your dental needs. Dr. Agarwal patiently explains exactly what she is doing and answers all of your questions before and after any cleaning or procedure. She doesn't try to sell you anything and honestly tells you what you do and so not need. I have gotten my teeth cleanings from her as well as my teeth whitening and love how they turned out. I recently started my Invisalign from Dr. Agarwal as well and only have positive things to say so far. Will always go to Dr. Agarwal for all my dental appointments. :) read more

Dr. Agarwal has been my dentist for a few years now since she was in the South Bay. I transferred my care to her new practice. She's absolutely amazing as a dentist and with bedside manner. Amazing experience!!! I have naturally small teeth and I didn't like how they looked. I rarely smiled in pictures before but SF Dental Studio completely changed that!!! Dr. Swati was knowledgeable, attentive, and really guided me to what would be best for my smile. She suggested veneers for natural looking teeth that fit my face perfectly. She made the change very subtle but it made such a huge difference and I LOVE them! read more

My experience with Dr. Agarwal was awesome. There was professionalism and efficacy from the time I scheduled my appointment up to the ending of my treatment. When I entered her office, I was greeted with warm smiles from the front receptionist and Dr. Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal tailored her treatment to specifically meet my requirements. She did not only meet my needs but exceeded my expectations by making my visit pleasant, positive and educational by providing me with preventative care. An outstanding feature that makes Dr. Agarwal stand apart from other dentists is the time she spends with each patient. She provided me with comprehensive treatment while showing respect, kindness and understanding. Even though I travelled over an hour to see her, the travel was well worth it. She is excellent in using her personal time or after hours to follow up after a treatment. It took me years to find a dentist that really caters for my needs and this has been the first time that I felt a sense of satisfaction after my treatment. I highly recommend her. read more

Dr. Agarwal is totally great. The office staff is friendly and professional. They ask about me and seem to care. Appointments are always right on time, if there is any sort of mishap or they are running a little behind for one reason or another they give me as much notice as they can. They are very thorough with their dental care, if there is something going on they make sure to bring it to my attention and let me know what steps to take to get things taken care of. Dr. Agarwal, specifically, is very caring and considerate. If I have any concerns or worries she takes time to explain what is going on and answer any questions I have. I trust this doctor as well as her staff and would recommend her to anyone! read more

I've been going to the same dentist from childhood back on the east coast as I've been traveling back and forth so frequently. I met Swati (Dr. Agarwal) at an event and decided to give her a shot. I'm SO happy that I chose Dr. Agarwal as my new dentist. During our first appointment/cleaning, she was so kind, thorough, and used new technology that my old dentist (behind the times much!?) had never used on me. I left feeling clean and also with help on how we can correct my teeth grinding, etc. I'd highly recommend visiting Dr. Agarwal and not to mention her team who were so incredibly kind. I'm not one to hate the dentist, but my experience was more enjoyable than usual! read more

Dr. Agarwal is seriously the best dentist I've been to - detail-oriented, professional, and easy to talk to! The staff and homey office also complement the whole experience, which makes going to the dentist a lot less scary :). I now live in NY but will schedule my appointments for when I visit the Bay Area, just so I can be seen by her. During appointments, she really takes the time to explain what she's doing and why she's doing it (and explain it in a simple terms so anyone can understand!). In between appointments, she's great at following up with her patients and answering any questions they have. Definitely worth the coast-to-coast travel! read more

Dr. Agarwal takes great care of her patients. No one likes going to the dentist, but somehow her office makes it feel like a spa appointment. The best part is, she's really good at what she does. Not only is she meticulous and thorough in her examinations, but she'll also walk you through the procedure and answer any and all questions so that you have a clear understanding of what's to come. I also appreciate how pragmatic she is and that clearly shows up in how she shares treatment plans and advice for preemptive care. I have high expectations of the people I choose to go to and Dr. Agarwal is knocking it out of the park. read more

COME HERE FOR YOUR DENTAL CARE!! Dr. Agarwal has provided exceptional care over the years that I have been her patient. I was happy to hear that she had her own practice now. It was easy to reach their receptionist to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment. She was very welcoming and personable. Once at the office, she made sure that I was provided coffee and water. The new office looks great - there's comfortable seating with nice decor. I was brought back quickly for my appointment. During the exam, she had exceptional bedside care - she made sure I was comfortable the whole time since she knew my teeth and gums were very sensitive. She spoke in a calming voice and checked in frequently. After the exam, she made sure to go over her recommendations but I didn't feel pressured into selecting her plan. Unlike other dentists, I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesperson. She was very thorough in my treatment, which was also very well priced for SF prices. The dental assistant was also great for the final part - she explained what she was doing and gave me tips for my care at home. Afterwards, the office even provided a hot towel so that I could clean my face!!! I was super happy with my care and left feeling that I was provided the best care at good prices. I definitely recommend going in - it's a convenient location for exceptional care. read more

I generally hate going to the dentist but I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. Swati Agarwal.
