I didn't go and visit the house, I didn't take the tours, I was about to base it on how it didn't personally fit my needs. I would have wanted to camp there and realize it wasn't for me. Now for the positive, it's a beautiful place and it has great historic value. I loved the store. The young person behind the counter was so nice and helpful. We bought a gallon of maple syrup and a smaller one for our camper. It was on sale for 10% discount. The greatest thing though is that they sell fresh meat from the farm. They have a cool place for the kids on the other side of the store. The cute parrot pictured was in the lobby.

The staff and the cops were both super friendly and helped me get to where I needed to go and got my paperwork done quickly so that was definitely awesome! They do have a rule of no cell phones inside so make sure you leave it in your car or another safe place! Also as the current strange era we are living in they are requiring you to wear a mask when you enter to help keep others safe! Overall it's a court house that you can tell has been here for many years and I must say it definitely was a positive experience coming here!

Ramey was stationed at Camp Lejeune, Bragg went to Belgrade, Yugoslavia on embassy duty, Ludick went to Korea, Arp went to Canp Lejeune and I went to Okinawa. During my visit, I said a prayer for my fellow Marines and all those others buried here in Rittmen who served their country in the military.

This mound is approximately 40 feet high, encompasses over one acre and is 574 feet in circumference. It majestically sits in the middle of a neighborhood of middle-class houses.
