I went in with a specific mission, to buy a pair of 514 jeans as quickly as possible. The outlet carries Levi's basic line, you won't find the higher priced Levi's Vintage Clothing, but they do a great job of keeping sizes in stock. I was able to find my pair of 514s within 5 minutes of walking in and there was no wait for the fitting room. For $30 it was a good deal. What really impressed me was the employees knowledge of Levi's product. After talking with me for a few minutes about what i liked about the 514s I was purchasing he recommended me another pair from a different line that I would never have considered otherwise (501 shrink to fit). I'm always weary of the add-on sales but after trying them on I had to admit he was right. The fit was great and the denim was a might better quality. I ended up leaving with both pairs of jeans for under $80.

Once it was my turn, I was greeted so cheerfully by Stephanie and Jamie. I'm big on customer service and they delivered. When I needed sizes, they helped find them, they remembered my name and even gave complements. Working in retail is not easy, especially in the fitting rooms but you wouldn't know as they had smiles on their faces. I ended up purchasing a good amount of clothes for great prices thanks to the sale. I would def return due to them. They other staff weren't as helpful but Jamie and Stephanie made up for it!

The main problem with this store is sadly the manager. She is over the top to the point that it is cringe worthy and lacks one breath of validity in terms of customer care. Every person that works in the store gets this artificial bubbly, personality, and if you do not accept the offer to have her put your stuff in a dressing room to "get it started" she gets pissy. I get it she "runs" the store but to the point it is not a comfortable shopping experience and we always cringe when we walk in and either see her or hear her. Once again, the store is well organized lots of product to choose from but this one person really does diminish the shopping experience, which is extremely unfortunate.

I said no I had children with me so I am now on the perfumania website trying to purchase it. She said "Why did you not buy it when you were here then?" I said again, I was in a rush. She said "Sorry I can't help you if you didn't buy it in the store today." I again stated that I was on the website trying to purchase it. She said "I have customers in the store goodbye." I called her back and said may I please have your name, she said "No you can not have my name I have customer in my store." I said I would like your name so I can report this to corporate. She said "good call corporate" and hung up on me.
