A pint of "Mans Beat Friend"

Stopped in here on an evening for a work trip to TYS. Beers were spot-on, staff was very friendly and personable, and the nondescript storefront belied a very comfortable and clean atmosphere inside. I hope to get back!

Our new favorite!! We stopped in Saturday afternoon to check it out and stayed for dinner. Their in-house brewed beer selection was excellent; something for everyone. They will let you taste test if you are unsure. I enjoyed the Uhaun golden ale and my wife chose the Beermosa (Uhaun+orange Juice). Their hazy IPA is also spot on. Swara is partnered with Amici restaurant and they deliver for free. We both ordered personal pizzas and they were excellent. The staff and owners are super helpful, friendly and the local crowd is pleasant. This a family friendly brewery, the kids will love the pizza, and there is a beer garden out back. Stop in you will not be disappointed...just look for the super cool blue 1967 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser with beer taps and you are in the right place!

Best little secret in Maryville. Owners and employees are the best and their beers are great. Thanks Sara!

So, I was nearly tempted to order from Amici but I was there mainly to do some work and have a drink, maybe a snack.

The cheese sauce was nice and the pretzel bites were just the right size and salted like they should be. Jill was the bright spot of eating here. She was prompt, very funny, and sincere. It's nice to see someone with such a nice work ethic. For lunch, John had a chili-cheese dog and Nashville Heat wings. I ordered the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Both of us were happy with lunch. The serving sizes are large, so come hungry. We will definitely come back here. Thanks, Victory Bar for the nice lunch!

Both things had no flavor though. Even with an herb butter, there was no flavor. Disappointing. The mac n cheese was the weirdest I have ever seen and my husband tasted it and then would not eat it. He said it was nasty. The cheese fries were ok. They usually come with a cheese sauce, but we asked for melted shredded cheese instead. They forgot to put the bacon on them. They were ok. My husband said his chicken teriyaki bowl was really good and it was huge. I think they probably do some things really well and some need some work. If I lived nearby I would eat here again to try other things.

I am a little late on this review, but better late than never. I made a reservation here for my…read moreboyfriends birthday back on 02/16/2026. I looked high and low for a place that serves 'Nduja (spreadable salami) in Knoxville/ surrounding areas, and Amici is where I found it. It isn't something that you can find easily here, so I was excited to take him here, knowing he would be excited. We had a corner table, I sat on the booth side, which i'm 5'5, but the booth is a bit tall, so I couldn't place my feet on the floor. It honestly didn't bother me, there were pillows to prop for the bench seating and I was fine. We started with an appetizer (which I really wanted to try) the Arancini. Just WOW, they were big in size, and absolutely mouthwatering, flavorful and delectable. They were perfectly fried, were crisp, just the right hotness, and the pomodoro could be eaten by the spoonful. Honestly everything was great, but that appetizer still has me thinking about it. I ordered the Fig and Prosciutto pizza on sourdough and my boyfriend ordered a Four Cheese with 'Nduja. My pizza was good, sweet, salty and savory. He enjoyed his 'Nduja, but it was a bit different consistency that he was used to. They did say they made it in house which was nice for authenticity. For his birthday we ordered the Zeppole (its like a fried donut with a lemon glaze) - not my forte personally, because if it's not chocolate it isn't worth the calories- but it's not my birthday, hah. He absolutely loved the Zeppole and had dreams about. Over all we had a pleasant experience. Trust me, don't sleep on those Arancini.

Today I'm just here to point out that they have recently added a lunch menu. A few great sandwiches (we tried 3, loved all), a flatbread, a few salads. We got our sandwiches take-out, but I noticed they offer a "combo" with chips and soda for onlyi $3, and I'd think that's a good bargain for a nice lunch there. The prices are very solid. The sandwiches are not as big and full as their (higher-priced) competitor, but they are VERY tasty. So happy to have this new alternative! Love this place!!

It wasn't crowded inside, there are a lot of seating options for big or small groups. Several tables could seat at least 6. Michael was bartending when we went. He did a great job at making us feel like locals! He was attentive even though it was quite busy from people coming in from the parade. The arcade area was pretty cool. Each side had a bar, but only one was open at the time we went. We didn't get food, but it looked like they had some yummy options from what we saw get delivered to other tables. The music was good. The people were friendly as well. This is definitely a place we would return to if we come back in town!

I saw the ramen on the Yelp pictures and it spoke to me, so I walked in and ordered some. You have to stand in line at the bar to order your food so that took awhile, but the food came out pretty quick. I wasn't too impressed with the ramen, and I've had ramen all over the world. The broth was good, I enjoyed the spicy flavor. However, having tomatoes in the ramen was weird and I didn't enjoy that. My biggest complaint is there was very little meat in the ramen, like 2 small chunks of brisket. It seems like a great place to have drinks and hang out, but as far as the food it was meh to me.
