The fridge continually froze everything. And yes, my tenants adjusted the thermostat..... So, I called Waln again, and he came out and put in another refurbished controller. It did not work...again. My tenants have been without a fridge for a month at this point. At this point, we bought a brand new fridge, and asked for a refund from Waln. I received MUCH push back. He did not want to honor a 30 day refund for a refrigerator that never worked...not even one day. Eventually, He agreed he would contact my tenants and arrange pickup. They have not heard him over two weeks later, and I'm sure at this point, I'm out $300. Please beware. We now have a junk fridge at our rental, and he also hauled away a very nice fridge that needed an easy fix. We just couldn't get any one out that could fix it and not charge us an arm and a leg. So, he has my money and my nicer fridge. I feel like I've been stolen from. It's really unfortunate to be taken advantage of like that. Please beware!!!

My Wedding Gown Was Lost, and the Customer Service Has Been Appalling…read more I would never recommend this dry cleaner to anyone, especially if you are trusting them with something as valuable and sentimental as your wedding gown. I dropped off my Vera bridal wedding gown to be preserved for the future. When I went to retrieve it, I was given a completely different wedding dress. My wedding gown is still missing. When we contacted the business to explain that the gown they had given us was not mine, their response was essentially that there was nothing they could do to help. They claimed they could not look back through their records to determine whose dress I had received, identify the owner, or provide any information that could help locate my gown. Absolutely no meaningful assistance or accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that they placed the blame on ME for not opening the preserved gown to verify its contents before leaving. My name was on the gown, and the entire purpose of having a wedding dress preserved is to protect it for the future. Why would I open a professionally preserved gown that was labeled with my name to question whether they had done their job correctly? Now, I am left with someone else's wedding gown, and somewhere out there, someone has mine. My gown was a high-value dress that I entrusted to this business for preservation. The dress I received in return was not even comparable in quality. I cannot say what happened to my gown, and I am not going to make accusations without proof. However, the complete lack of transparency, the refusal to help investigate the mix-up, and the way this situation has been handled have left me with serious concerns about how this business operates. A wedding gown is not just another item of clothing. It holds memories, sentimental value, and, in many cases, significant financial value. To have something so important go missing and then be met with rudeness, blame, and virtually no effort to make things right is unacceptable. The negligence, lack of customer service, and complete absence of accountability have been incredibly disappointing.
