Feedback: Positives: great organization for the event-- signage and map well done; more than enough food and free beverages at each site; priced right. All entries were edible, wait times almost nonexistent, great venues. Cons: WAY TOO MUCH FRIED FOOD...too much grease for our entire party; way too little variety...short ribs, duck and all rather bland...spice and green/veg it up! ; too much egg roll type stuff--burns your mouth or soggy since this is not a serve at one time event things that were cold like crab salad or sauced were more eater friendly. Kudos to all who offered ethnic fare...I'll even count the nacho since we are so ethnically-deprived here. Lastly, turn down the music...several were WAY too loud we could not even have a discussion inside. Make improvements and we will return!
