We recently moved into the area and were looking for a gym for our son, who started gymnastics a year ago. It's hard to find a good gym for a boy in the most ideal of locations so we were concerned about what we would find in a small town. Well, Classics has surpassed our expectations! The coach is amazing and gives the boys individual attention during the group class so that each boy benefits and grows from the classes. My son is incredibly happy and our family is thrilled with the level of skill that we are seeing in our son and the other boys in his class. We love Classic. My daughter is 4 years old and she enjoys her Saturday classes! I love that her instructors are not easy on her and don't coddle her. They set their expectations and gently ensure she meets them during the classes. Coach Andre is one of our favorites. He is firm, but encouraging to the kids. We also had a birthday party at the location. Many of the parents that attended said it was the best party they had attended. Mostly because the staff there took care of everything. I just brought the cake and a few decorations...they had activities planned and the kids got to run amuck on the equipment. It was great! read more

Teachers are always friendly and knowledgeable. My children enjoy going here every week. The owner is very sweet and always helps us any way possible. My son and his neighbor friend enjoy the summer camps. They are fun for the kids and easy for scheduling because you can pick certain weeks to attend. We have had multiple birthdays done at Classic Gymnastics and its always a huge hit, the kids have a blast and its easy for the hosting parents because you just bring in your food and gifts and everything else is done for you. We really enjoy our time at Classic Gymnastics. Unlike some large group classes, the coaches take the time to help the kids individually with their gymnastic skills. In my son's all-boy cartwheel class the coach addresses behavior issues with an uplifting and positive attitude that encourages the boys to be their best selves, executing self-control, respectfulness, and sportsmanship. I took my daughter here starting at 15 months old. She learned quickly, and the instructors were all very friendly. I'm not sure about the quality of their programs for older girls, but the younger programs are great and helped my daughter develop skills to be a good athlete. Since Classic, we've moved to northern Virginia and joined a gym that competes and wins a lot locally--my daughter joined and fit in immediately because of her time at classic in her younger years. My daughter is in the small children class for kids under 4. I must say I was highly impressed with the organization they had & all the obstacle courses & activities that actually had the toddlers interested. I expected to walk in & her do some little front roll overs & balance training, but it was much more. They did balance beam, rings, etc. things you see much older gymnasts doing. I was excited that three took such a hands on approach. I would highly recommend it to anyone! read more

We couldn't be happier with Classic Gymnastics. The coaches are great and spend the time to make sure the kids are doing things the correct way. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids. My son has mild autism and ADHD which I thought would be a problem. The coaches totally rolled with it and had huge amounts of patience with him. I've been going to classic for a little over a month now and I love it. I look forward to gymnastics every week and I'm starting to get some of my skills back. The coaches are very approachable, relatable, and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with anybody at any skill level. This is the first time we have ever done gymnastics and our daughter is 5. She loves going to practice and getting to learn all of the new techniques. I've already seen progress and she's only been going 2x a week for 3 weeks. The coaches are patient and keep the children busy at all times. We plan on starting our oldest this summer when schools out and she finishes volleyball. read more

Both of my girls have been at classic gymnastics since the beginning of the school year. We had previously gone to another local place but I like that I can sit and actually watch them here. The staff and coaches seem to genuinely like their jobs and have always been very helpful. My daughters both love it and we will continue to go here for gymnastics. read more

My daughter (6) has been taking classes here for about 6 months. She loves it. The coaching staff are amazing and won't hesitate to stop her when she doesn't use proper technique. Classic Gymnastics offers a strength and conditioning class which my 9 y. o. son really enjoys. The open gym on Friday nights is also very popular with him. Staff are friendly and encouraging and the facilities are good. I recommend that families should try this program. read more
