Their safety measures (CCTV monitoring and secured doors) really gave me peace of mind. The area is clean (very important). The toys and play area are well kept, and my daughter really does not want to leave when I come to pick her up! For a facility that provides short-term care, this one is one of the better facilities in the local area!

When I walked in and said I wanted to join the class today with my son she said oh I guess I should cancel it we don't have our stuff. Ok? So since I drove over here I figured my son could spend and hour with the kids and I would just read a magazine where he couldn't see me. I have left my son at the play date of airport road twice and glenburnie twice. Since 18 months and now 21 months. I told them if he cries TO much to just let me know and I will take him. I didn't plant on leaving him since I thought the class was on. So he cries off and on for 15 minutes and they would try to give him some toys which is fine. He's there to play anyways. I didn't want him to have snack since I planned on going to the class, I wasn't paying $6.00 for him to eat a luchable ham and cheese...yuck. Finally he was crying so bad and wouldn't stop so I got up and when I looked the two girls working their were rolling there eyes at each other and jut staring at him with an annoyed look. REALLY? You're job is to work with kids and if you can't handle any aspect of it you should probably look else where. I didn't appreciate that at all. I told them from the beginning if its to much just let me know but he's always fine. Instead they were rolling there eyes. I saw it clear as day. I was trying hard not to yell at them with all the kids there I did not think it was appropriate. I will never bring my son back. Who knows how they act when the parents are gone. Hopefully the owner watches them on the cameras. They just seem like its a job to them and its more of an annoyance to deal with the kids. You guys should really update you're website and also post when classed are canceled. It seemed like an after thought to them.

I was an employee here and the environment seems nice looking in from the outside. Children are not…read moresupervised like they should be. Teachers are constantly on their phones while watching children. There is lots of yelling at children and aggressive handling of children even by directors. Parents were not allowed to enter center for a time and it became a complete mess and parents were oblivious to it all. I do not think it is the worse center ever, but absolutely is not the best or close even close. I worked here and would have never enrolled my child. Do not recommend.

We were wrong, but the fact that the name of the business is purposefully misspelled should have been our first clue. Numerous surprise visits by mom and dad showed that the children were asked to sit and do nothing for long periods of time. The children rarely went outside and were often yelled at in loud intimidating voices. Concerns we had about teachers and other issues were not addressed and we were made to feel like our children were not wanted there. If you prefer a custodial environment were children are simply placed in a room with others the same age and watched by the adults, then this is the place for you. If your child requires more of a stimulating environment with preschool like activities designed to improve language and fine motor skills and creativity, I would look elsewhere.

She quickly let me withdraw them that day. I was also under the impression that they would feed my 2 and 3 year old breakfast as it was discussed with her and director then when I saw a teacher report (hardly get them) I quickly saw he wasn't being fed. I'm also still waiting for my 3 year old's underwear and socks to reappear as they didn't pack it up and Tina is trying to say he didn't have any... not one pair of backup underwear in cubby. The safety was a concern at one point on second week of August as a man was standing next to the drive lane to pick up and drop off. This man jumped on my truck trying to get a ride. He successfully jumped in the next parent's car in line and put it in drive when she stepped out to ring the bell to get her child. He was standing there the whole time they were opening door and letting kids out. So my assumption was absolutely no awareness of safety of releasing kids or surroundings. To make things even shady "Ms D" at the door was mad and unprofessional when I went to come in to bring my 2 year old in for his first day of school. I don't know anyone else who's okay with dropping off a kid without meeting the teacher and where child will be placed at. Since leaving I have shared our experience and have heard other stories from parents and glad we left. Most of the staff you deal with at the door except Emily are rude and unprofessional.
