My mechanic shop tried to mount the tire and it would not balance until 5.5 ounces of weight was used - double at least the normal amount of weight required. Still, it will warble at speed, potentially putting me at risk. CAPS staff resisted right from the moment I started talking about the issue, looking for ways do deny the warranty claim ranging from the age of the rims (brand new car) to asking if the tire was mounted on a rim, etc. with the clear desire to find anything they could to not have to help me. The shop that mounted the tire is very experienced with master mechanics and tire specialists. CAPS are very familiar with the shop but still tried to question the mechanic's findings. Our vehicles need to be safe, and the tires we buy should not subject us to danger. A vendor who sells tires and refuses to help you with warranty issues is not a valid place to shop. Take my advice, get your tires somewhere else where the policy regarding warranty issues is something other than complete denial.

A-16 was the first I called and Nabil, the owner, told me immediately that he had the parts I needed and he would call me back when they were ready. True to his word he called within an hour and about an hour later I had the spare window, which was $75, less than the $220 the dealership quoted. A-16 are an awesome business. They have used parts, gently-used parts, reconditioned parts, refurbished parts and can get you new parts as well. I had a small crack in my rear light unit that was going to cost me around $400 through the dealership to get the part. Nabil got me a replacement after-market, new part for $115. If you have any need for parts for your car, and are ok with gently used, then please give A-16 a call. If they don't have it they can get the part for you at way less than the dealerships.

Alliance is that needle, and it might as well be made of gold. They have what I need most of the time, as long as it's not a specialty part that can only be found at the dealer. And, their prices can be surprising low for quality parts - not the cheap junk that you'll find at other discount parts places in town and online. Chris was really helpful and friendly. This year I took the ATV in for an oil change. $560 just for an oil change. Apparently "the inspection" is mandatory (though never mentioned) and costs $320 leaving $240 for a simple oil change which I could have done myself if the plastic body covers were easier to remove. I e-mailed the company offering them the opportunity to reduce the charge but they didn't even respond. Will never do business with them again.

The purpose was to provide them and their customers an honest opinion of what I liked and disliked about it so prospective purchasers could make an informed buying decision. After a couple of days, I got this email from them: " Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" So what's the point of sharing if honest reviews aren't allowed??? I rely on reviews to make informed purchases. I came here to deal with some noise issues I had and left the car, less than an hour later they called to tell me the car is ready. It had a minor issue that only needed 20 min work and they charged me for only 20 min work and not a full hour, honesty is always appreciated. I will definitely return here anytime I need to repair my car. P.s. The issue was fix and it all cost me around 50$
