I watched, one man ordered a round 'for the boys' and winked at the bartender. She nodded. The 'boys' got rum and cokes, The Whiz got a plain coke. It was awesome. Then The Whiz ordered a round for his friends and slid her a quarter. She got their round, and when The Whiz wasn't looking, a man slid her a $20. Listening to their convo, I found out he was The Whiz because he was what's called an 'idiot savant' like Rainman. But he knew sports. If you asked him who the quartback was for XYZ team at the 1964 Superbowl he'd just rattle it off. The 1st baseman on XYZ baseball team in the 1942 World Series. He knew. Sadly, The Whiz died last year. 2000 people were there for his funeral. We loved him. And that's Leamens.
