Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He ran a camera down the drain and found a heavy sludge buildup that was preventing the pipe from draining correctly. He recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. After completing the service, he showed me the before and after camera footage. The difference was huge and the line looked significantly cleaner. My sink is now draining perfectly.
