We have used Swan's in the past when we lived there and were always impressed with their work.

I called Flowerama when they opened to see if they could help with an arrangement that needed to be a the funeral home by 10 am that day. Angie was so pleasant and helpful right off the bat. She was on the handheld getting information and literally just letting the customer over the phone listen to the person on the handheld. Um, why didn't he just call the customer directly? And why were there no fewer than three employees walking around her, seemingly unconcerned that she has a line and is trying t handle the phone at the same time? It's a cute chic shop to grab coffee, look at beautiful pictures and floral arrangements. The latte was well made. I made a couple of special requests and the barista was happy to accommodate them.
