That alone was enough to make us leave immediately. We were the only customers in the store, which says a lot, and the way we were treated makes it even less surprising. It's sad to see what this place has become. I wouldn't be surprised if it closes soon if this is how customers are treated. I'll be taking my business online from now on. Their website is amazing, with selection for all of the major NFL, MLB, NCAA (even the lesser known schools are stocked to some degree or another), NBA, and MLS too. Oh and they have their city brand which highlights different locales, so if you know a transplant from Cleveland or other locales, and want to get them a shirt or chochtka with reference to said locales, they have you covered. I didn't have everything correct when I placed the order and they called and helped me get it corrected. Very helpful and I highly recommend you to reach out to them. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to share but this is what her mother told my friend, "She walked up to them right away and said "oh look Michelle, your friends sent these beautiful flower ". We have used Swan's in the past when we lived there and were always impressed with their work.
