Our trip was disrupted by a slide topper repair not done properly (by a well-known RV dealer/service center) which knocked the entire slide-out off-track which caused it to not retract nor extend properly which meant we could not access our kitchen nor our living room. Needless to say I changed my review of the other service center.

He forced me to provide my own generator and cables, failed to do the job, . When I called the office to complain, but he is the owner. They weren't charging me at the time, but later they sent an absurd invoice claiming I didn't have the right connector for my generator--saying my home outlets were only 15 amps and I needed an electrician. I called them because they supposedly had all the right equipment; I would have preferred if they had just told me upfront, "I can't do the job because my truck and trailer won't fit, so I have to cancel the appointment."

Because her personality is infectious yet more importantly, she is just an all-around great human being. I think the next individual working at John's RV would be Harry who made sure that my truck would be not only safe, but could pull the RV to my final destination. Harry is priceless. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention Zack who went above and beyond to make sure we got the RV we wanted and to me that is also noteworthy. The last few times I saw Zack he didn't seem very happy, I truly hope they are treating Zack well because I know he is an amazing individual. ***The only negative*** I didn't see any African-Americans working at John's RV which kind of bothered me because I think diversity and inclusion makes any company better. It allows You bring in ideas from everyone the best and brightest minds. In every instance, I have observed companies that are able to thrive when they have a great diversity program in place. To me it's never been about what you say or even how good your products are, but rather it's how you make me feel as a customer. And I don't believe John's RV is very inviting when it has no noticeable diversity. Sad :(
