Matt was the one who towed us (dually GMC truck & 32' RV) from I-26 to a truck stop where we spent the night until the garage opened the next day to get the truck fixed. Matt took care of everything for us at the truck stop in regards to the parking arrangements. The truck stop was full and we got a "reserved" spot. He did a terrific job backing the RV and our truck into the parking spot with his tow truck! When the day shift manager at the truck stop had a question the next day as to why we were in a reserved spot and we contacted Matt to find out what had transpired the night before, he was eager to help. He even called us back the next evening to make sure everything had worked out well for us. Matt is definitely an employee who represents Schroeder's Towing in an exemplary manner. The people at the Schroeder's Towing who answered the phone were courteous and ready to assist.

This morning a little before 7am, I hit something in the road and immediately I lost my driver side front tire and was stranded hour and a half from home. I immediately called my insurance company as I have road side assistance. The first tow company canceled the pick up saying they could not find me after over an hour and a half waiting and they didn't even call me so I could help them locate me. Luckily, Priority Towing picked up my ticket and had help to me within 20mins. Mr. David and the owners calmed me down and came to help me. I asked him since I'm paying by debit card how do I pay. He said the office handles that. I get home and am waiting for him to show up. About 35 minutes goes by and I get a text saying that if I don't pay they will take my car back to their shop. I tried calling them and no answer. I replied to the text and finally get ahold of them. They say they have been trying to call me for payment, mind u, I have proof of no missed calls from this company. They tell me that they took my vehicle back to their lot since they couldn't get ahold of me, which again I only received one text and when the text was received I immediately replied and tried to call them. They tell me since they took the car back it would be $200 instead of the $125. This is absolutely unprofessional because I did not receive any phone call from the office. I would never use this company or recommend this company to anyone.
