This business goes by Cola Automotive as well. Before I start, most would say, well this is what is to be expected. I can agree slightly, but I think this goes overboard...
This business under performs, especially in the customer service area. I had my car towed there Mon night 11/5/18. They told me they would start on my car first thing in the morning (11/6/18). Welp, they didnt start until about 2pm. Then kept making excuses about what they are doing and where they were with the car. They were only changing out a fuel filter. I finally got my car back about 8pm that night. I asked one of the managers, Pete ??, for an itemized receipt and he said he would get it to me first thing in the morning (Wed 11/7/18). When I text afternoon, Pete text me back that they are busy and will get it to me soon. Thursday morning 11/8/18, I text Pete again stating I dont have the receipt. I haven't gotten a response uet and at the time of this review (11/9/18 3:45) I still haven't gotten a receipt or any communication from this business. I called them this morning (11/9/18) about 8:40 and left a message with the dispatcher and I was told someone would call me back. I called the office about 1:15 and the dispatcher acted like she they were a different business, so I finally found the name of the company Cola Automotive, and she said thats a different side, let me transfer you. Then the phone was disconnected or she hung up. I called back about 10 times over the next hour or so and the phone kept going to voicemail. I finally called them back and left them message of how disappointed I was in their so called customer service and that I am reporting them to the BBB and SC Consumer Affairs. I would advise everyone that not to use this business unless they want to be disappointed or have lowered standards and expectations. read more
