The Marysville Michigan location is awesome. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. She wasn't about trying to sell glasses that weren't necessary or just because of age. It was totally based on my eye sight. The staff has been wonderful. The girls are helpful in picking out frames and don't push the most expensive ones. They help you with insurance and budget. The girls are awesome and you will get a sense of welcoming as soon as you walk in the door as the receptionist is always standing to great you with a smiling face!!! this is the best place to go for eyeglasses. Not only were they professional, but they were the kindest humans I've ever witnessed in customer service. They were more than happy to help me from the moment I walked in until when I left, they even put a rush on my glasses because mine had broke and I couldn't see anything. The Tele Optometry was great. Katelynn assisted with my exam, she is incredible, her knowledge, professionalism, pride she takes in her job and love for what she does are obvious. When I was done with my exam I told Nicole that Katelynn should consider becoming an Ophthalmologist. Nicole assisted my wife and I with picking our frames and did a amazing job as usual. Due to covid, the process was smooth and quick. I will say, it may actually be better than the usual in person appointment. Went in to get my eyes a check for new contacts, 50% off frame for essential workers so I went in for a new frame as well (even though same prescription as previous year and not needing one). Marysville location even got some new equipment that are super nice that takes a picture of your actual eye so you can see all of its glory thru images. Highly recommend! read more

Loved that the staff was wearing masks and giving out baskets for any frames touched. They were fast about getting me in and out so I wasn't there any longer than I needed to be. Staff was helping me every step of the way including helping me pick my new frames. They really walked me through every question and I LOVE that they are mailing my glasses directly to my home so I do not have to go out again. Was going to Better Vision for yrs..but when the husdband passed. Service was dry and short. My Aunt was recommending SVS for a couple yrs. I finally tired and was pleased with the help. I've got a Stigmatism and was concerned on that but even learned alittle about. Began taking both my boys here. Boys can be careless sometimes wit glasses. Been going to this SVS for probably a decade or so now. Every time the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and this time was no exception. The doctor may well have been one of the most patient and calm people I've ever interacted with. Cleaning and safety precautions due to COVID seemed to be the best I've seen of any business. First time using SVS but my husband and I were both happy with our exams as well as staff. We both tried a different type of frames that we both didn't like and went back and picked a new frames just yesterday and Anna was great, no questions ask she was helpful picking out our new frames. Wow where to start. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. And paperwork was taken care of even though I was early. picked out my new frames. and waited for my turn. My granddaughter's glasses broke after only a few weeks. We did not have an appointment, but they were able to fit us in. The representative was going to file a warranty claim for us, but then realized that the frames were defective and was able to save our warranty. She was able to find the exact frame in the store and replace the lenses immediately for us. The whole process was less than 10 minutes! We are very happy! read more

The staff was very friendly to me yesterday when I went in to pay for my glasses and they were very sympathetic as I had to have our kitty put down the day prior to coming in. They helped me check the prices of my safety glasses that I was purchasing just to be sure. I've never had a bad experience at this location. They helped me tighten my glasses before I left too. It was a very good experience from the minute I walked in the door, when I was pleasantly greeted. I had a short wait to see an optometrist. The doctor informed me that if I had problems with glasses, I could bring them back within 30 days. Melissa helped me chose frames and found me the best deal, since I did not have optical insurance.
