The first time, there was no cart available. I asked the attendant at the Service Desk, and she told me they only have one cart for the whole store. Because of this, I wasn't able to shop there. The second time I wen there, I was lucky enough to get the one cart available. They do have a nice store and I did make purchases. The third time I went there, they told me the electric shopping car was broken down. I was again forced to leave. Menards has a nice selection of almost everything, and you can find things there that you can't find at other similar stores. But because they don't have enough electric shopping carts, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. My 79 yr old mom was going into the store when she tripped due to a deep pothole and injured…read moreherself. The store manager(?) treated her badly and lied stating that they were always having an issue with the pothole and filling it in. There were weeds growing in it! People from other stores came to help, the manager kept her distance and even told her that since she wasn't in the store (yet) it wasn't their (store) problem. What kind of cheap, uncaring people run a business like this?!? The pothole was filled in within hours. Attached are pictures of moms injury to face, the pothole before and after being filled in. She also injured her shoulder, knee and ribs. Her eyeglasses were broken as well. Thanks a-holes. Because of this my mom can't come out to visit me in Calgary for a much needed break. She may have damaged her eye. Your attitude toward her will not be forgotten. It's no wonder the only other review you have is one star.
