The first time, there was no cart available. I asked the attendant at the Service Desk, and she told me they only have one cart for the whole store. Because of this, I wasn't able to shop there. The second time I wen there, I was lucky enough to get the one cart available. They do have a nice store and I did make purchases. The third time I went there, they told me the electric shopping car was broken down. I was again forced to leave. Menards has a nice selection of almost everything, and you can find things there that you can't find at other similar stores. But because they don't have enough electric shopping carts, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

We ordered a remnant piece of quartz for a bathroom counter top. The sales man and man who…read moremeasured were pleasant and did a good job. The installers leaked epoxy in the new cabinet , I didn't notice till it dried the next day. The installers came in and walked all over with wet slushy boots. They didn't put anything down on floors to protect them till my husband put towels down to clean up their mess, then they went to there truck and got a drop cloth. All other contractors we hired dropped cloths or put on coverings on their shoes as not to dirty our house. So if using bedrock please request that they drop their drop clothes before the slosh up your floors.

I did call customer service and they replaced it but it shouldn't of ever happened. I noticed that the way they cut my kitchen opening piece was also wrong. Overall bad workmanship and the dings in the walls only created more headaches.
