I just worked at this company for three months. The quality control person and the maintenance people can do whatever they want, meaning they can use their phones on the floor but if a press operator or assembly person does they get scolded for it. I know they can do whatever they want because I've seen them on their phones repeatedly. The owner also walks around on his phone. My mother was put in the hospital in ICU and I was put in a group message with my sister and aunts and when I tried to respond the secretary came out telling me to get off my phone within seconds. Twice. The day my mother was getting out of the hospital ( 2 1/2 weeks later) I was responding to my sister's messages and the Quality Control person (who was on her phone with her daughter that day in front of me) tried writing me up and said if I'm "caught" again I'm terminated lol I quit on the spot. It's rules for thee but not for me at this company. It states right in the employee handbook that you have to punch out if you leave the building for lunch but the secretary and the quality control girl just leave without punching out and they do it right in front of other employees. I have never been absent in the three months that I worked at this company. I have never even been late to work when I worked for this company. There is only one other employee there that hasn't missed a day in the 90 days that I worked there.The quality girl was absent at least 5 times in the 3 month period. I was also told by other employees that she was so mean to the last quality girl that she quit. And she did it on purpose so she could have her job. WOW I am a 50 year old adult woman who knows right from wrong. If I work at a company for eight hours a day and spend five minutes of my day texting that's my business. oh well they lost a good employee in me they can't even keep employees and they're gonna hassle people about using their phone for a minute. not only that the secretary gets off of her butt and comes out and tells people to stop talking lol STOP TALKING??? I would like to add that the maintenance people and the owner congregate in the same area and talk and talk and talk lol she has even told people to turn the radio down ha ha that's not a good way to get people to stay working for you. Oh and to end my review, if you do decide to work here get ready to hear everything you don't wanna know about the quality control girls family and the kids she adopted. read more

They are pretty cool. Family business. Either the husband Stan or wife Anette picks up the phone. (I think they are husband and wife. Or maybe Anette could be the sister. All I know is the whole family works there.) They made and designed few small plastic products for me. They make the plastic pieces for me over 15 years. They got burnt by somebody I know once so now pretty much demand payment up front. But I do recommend them to you. They were mostly on time and price is affordable. read more
