I didn't wear the sunglasses Saturday as it was raining and late when I purchased them. I woke up Sunday morning and was getting ready to go play golf and I took the glasses out of the bag and I started to clean them and noticed that in the top right corner of the lenses was a very slight spot of delamination. I was going to play golf and didn't have 45+ minutes to stand in line plus drive time, so I wore them and I figured I'll take them back Monday when it's not likely to be as busy. After wearing them they fog up every time I put them on and I was like no big deal I'm already returning them I'll pick out a different design. I take them back with original packaging and receipt explained I owned them for literally a day and would like to exchange them. She said sorry can't help you, I was like what do you mean? She said there not in original condition and we can't take them back. I was like why would I exchange something that isn't broken? That makes no sense, I've literally owned them a day and noticed this as soon as I opened them. She's like ya that's not how they left the store we are meticulous about lenses we would've noticed it. I was like ok so you're telling me that you're selling a product so shitty that it delaminates in the case overnight without being touched? She goes ya nothing I can do except offer you 50% off on another pair or you can send them out to costa to repair. So I'm spending almost $300 to immediately send them out where it's gonna take a month to get them back? I'm pretty upset to say the least and I'm going to speak with a manager tomorrow but I will NEVER buy another pair of glasses from them and if you're smart you shouldn't either because if they're damaged or break within that 60 day return window you're fucked. Absolutely disgusted with these people, atrocious customer service.

They were polarized sunglasses they made. Called them to see what I needed to do, if I needed to bring them back. They told me no not at the moment. They would reorder them and to bring them in when the new ones came in and that they would call me when they got them. It's been a month now and still no call or text. I called them today to see if they were in and they tell me they weren't aware of the issue and that I need to bring them in since it is only the lenses that will be remade and put into existing frames. My daughter has been wearing sunglasses to school so that she can see to do her work when she requires special progressive lenses and suffers from eye strain and fatigue. If you are looking to buy prescription eyeglasses and would like them in a timely manner then I do not suggest you choose Americas Best. This is unacceptable. We won't be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would.
