I signed two contracts. The first one expired before I got a copy or my home listed. I signed a second contract May 20th. But still did not get a copy. I sent several e-mails and made several calls asking for a signed contract. I received a few e-mails but nothing about my contact. Then I stopped hearing from her. I went into the office on July 2nd.2014. She was not there so I spoke to one of the agents about why I still haven't gotten my contract, nor heard from her. You would have thought That then she would have contacted me. She didn't. Only after I called her Boss did she call me and leave a smart message on my phone stating that since I was not satisfied with her, she was taking my listing down. It was down that same night. It took her a week to even list and put pictures on the listing but minutes to take it down. I had Zero showing so I asked her could I get a sign in front of my house. I was told they had a shortage of signs. I never got one. I went to the office to on July 7th 2014 to see if I could at least get a copy of my cancelled contract. She was arriving just as I was. I asked for a copy of the cancelled contract which SHE had cancelled. Not I. She told me I would have to wait until she went back home to get it . I thought all legal documents were supposed to be in the office. When she returned she gave me some parts of the cancelled contract. I stated to her that two signatures on the documents were not mine. again she got smart. "What do you mean" I said I didn't sign these. It looked to me like she just ran home and threw something together. I got a cancelled contract before I even got the original. I left but later on came back to the office to speak to the manager about Ms. Cummings. He said the first problem he saw was the price she listed my home . I feel the first problem he should have saw was Why I didn't get a copy of my contract .I had been waiting since May. It's now July 7th. To further aggravate me, she sent e-mails that same day asking why I talked to her co-workers and Boss. Well if she knew I had been to the office about my contract, then why didn't she call then? She called with a attitude and said she was taking my home off the market. I then got a e-mail telling me that I owed 285.00 cancellation fee. I didn't cancel. SHE DID. I viewed this as harassment and called her boss right away. As far as I'm concerned, I can't see how someone so unprofessional can be in the real-estate business. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I was new to the Chicago area and I contacted 6 different agents from various companies all within an hour. Regina Wallace was the ONLY one to call me back directly within a few minutes. Not only did she call me back .... but she called me back twice after I politely asked her to call me back in 10 mins because I was on another call at the time. Because of my job, my schedule is really difficult but she has always made time for me whenever I needed her too. I've asked for last-minute appointments and she has always been able to accommodate me. I've dealt with several agents in the past in Florida before I moved here and Ms. Wallace was/is better than all of them. She always promptly returned my phone calls or emails and she showed me several properties that perfectly fit my criteria. Best of all I think, is the fact that Ms. Wallace always advised me on certain areas of investment in the Chicagoland area. I would see great prices on homes, but she would immediately let me know if those areas were a little on the sketchy side. After living here for several months now, she was indeed right on the mark. I didn't know that a few blocks could make such a difference! I've never had a single problem getting my paperwork in or hearing back from her. She has always emailed me all information promptly. I am a very prepared person and I always went prepared with my check book to put in an offer. Ms. Wallace always brought me additional paperwork and property history information so that I could make an informed decision. Never once did she pressure me into making an offer and she always respected my wishes to take more time to "think about it". She's very organized and polite and although it's a business, she really is very genuine in her efforts. I consider referrals the highest compliment. I've since referred 2 persons to Regina and I haven't heard anything bad about their experiences. Within the next year I hope to purchase 2 more properties for investment purposes. I'll definitely be asking Regina to handle my searches again.

My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!
