The first time we met realtor Monica Cintron she told us that she finds joy in in seeing her clients find a house they love. From that first meeting until the day we closed on on our first home, we never doubted that her statement was genuine. She was incredible, and we love our new home! Chau-Hien Hoang was referred by a friend who bought a house early last year. I contacted her right away and she sent me a list of houses based on our preferred price range and locations. The wonderful thing Hien quickly showed was the genuine concern she had for us. I was pregnant at the time and we would have closed a deal right away because we wanted to get a house before I gave birth. We hastily made offers on two houses. The first offer was on a new, very modern, spacious, and ready-to-move-in townhouse, but the schools in the area were not good. The second was a smaller townhouse, but the schools were good. In truth, the offers were half hearted because neither house met all our requirements. Hien advised us that we should not give an offer if we did not feel 100% sure about the house. It was a huge investment so it was a must that we really liked the house and that it checked off everything we were looking for. I am a first time home buyer. I was very unsure about what exactly I wanted as I was interested in both an investment property and/or a primary residence, however my budget and desired location was limited. I had tried several realtors and did not click with many of them. They were not keen on my indecisive nature or limited budget. Then Rob came along. Even though his typical area was further north, he went to every property I wanted to go to, offered advice, and listened to my feedback. I purchased 3 properties with Rob. In a nutshell, Stella Brown is an absolutely phenomenal agent! Very shortly after signing the contract to list our residence, Stella brought in a professional photographer to take pictures highlighting the features of our listing. She will market your place in such a manner to garner the interest necessary to sell your place for top dollar. Once the showings started, she was in constant communication with us to let us know any feedback received. You definitely won't have to chase Stella down for answers, as she is very accessible. When the offers started coming in (we had more than one) she ultimately let us make the decisions; BUT, she provided her expertise and advice to help us make the best decision for us during the negotiation process. Lastly, once an offer was accepted, and a contract signed, Stella was instrumental in keeping the process moving along smoothly by keeping in contact with our real estate attorney and the buying agent. Matt Hollman is a treasure. We were connected through Redfin last month when I wanted to "just go look" at a few condos in my price point to get a feel for what was available in the neighborhood I wanted to move to. Lydia Gunderson is a godsend. I'd like to give her six stars! She reached out to me after I posted in a Facebook community group that I was looking to rent a two-bedroom apartment in the Tinley Park area for about $1,200 a month. SELLERS BEWARE! The realtor associated with this company, Jessica Chavez, is THE WORST! Our senior parents made the mistake of hiring her to sell their home, and the "service" they received from Jessica was minimal at best. She was very lazy with the signage and promotion of their property, and often rude. After tragedy struck and our mother had to complete the selling process on her own, Ms. Chavez bullied her, was disrespectful, and belittled her rather than being compassionate and offering a little more professional guidance. When family stepped in to assist, this realtor became even more flippant and difficult to contact or work with. Jessica did not even bother to show up for the closing to collect her GREEDY commission. (Other realtors should be aware of that too- Jessica Chavez does not split her commissions fairly.) We strongly advise you to find another company, or at least another realtor who actually cares about her clients. read more

I just moved back to Illinois after five year. I sold my house in TN in five days. So most of my month before closing was packing. I move everything into storage and moved in with my son while I was looking for a house. This was very hard for me not having my own space and it was during the holidays which made the house hunting harder. I called about looking at a house and the agent I got was Andy Resek.
