People reported for charging their cars in the parking garage and not at the charging station, nothing done about it (fire hazard). The list is endless on why not to rent from here, so DON'T!

I completely understand that potential buyers may be needy, have questions and may require detailed explanations but from my perspective that was none of the approximately 15 viewers there. De Janette appeared to be equally annoyed and condescending in all her interactions. We were rushed through a large multi-unit building like cattle and spoken to like kindergarteners, De Janette couldn't complete a sentence without an eye roll or a snide remark. I think a better approach would be to assume all interested are professionals and should be treated as such unless proven otherwise. These are her peers, potential clients, connections and most importantly, customers. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, but with the vast number of agents in the Chicago area having at least the basic competency of being pleasant, I'd steer clear of Cummings.
