They blame corporate and state if in fact they were paid twice, a refund would be issued, probably not !!! They quoted me a $19 a year increase in my liability coverage to go to $500K, but the bill came and it was a $43 a year increase. No EXPLANATION !!! When did CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVE THE INSURANCE BUSINESS ??? Must be nice not having to respond to customers complaints, and only take their premiums.
