I was in Bordeaux to pick up a friend at the airport. As soon as she arrived she declared she was hungry and decided on Suzi's so off we went
We found public parking and walked maybe 10 mins to the restaurant. It's bright and cheery, much like the greeting we received when we walked in the door. Since their fixed brunch menu had everything we wanted to try we ordered one and shared. The hummus toast was good and the pancakes had an unexpected spicy (hot) kick to it. The waffle was light and crispy and not overly sweet. My dining partner wanted to stave off any bug she may have picked up during her travels and opted for the ginger lemon water. It wasn't too strong but you could definitely taste the flavors.
We can see why Suzi's is so popular. I would definitely go back to try other items on the menu. read more
