This shop ruined my silk dress and didn't compensate me. All the other cleaner shops did work…read moreperfectly on this dress before. On the other hand, this shop had no skill on dry cleaning. They are not professional at all and the owner of this shop has no conscience, scruples nor shame. I dropped off my dress on 'early August 2018' and they ruined it as attached picture.(It had no stain when I dropped it off.) I waited and waited and waited for 3 months to hear from the owner of the shop about the solution. The owner finally told me that she will solve the problem so I waited again but... she didn't! I dropped off three high end couture garments at this place because I was looking to have them dry…read morecleaned and I was told they were the best in town. The total retail of these garments is roughly $800. One of them was a Yumi Row lack linen balloon skirt, retail $230. It had a rip in it, which I knew about. I had already hired a professional local seamstress who specializes in repairing couture garments with a scheduled appointment to get this fixed, but wanted it cleaned first. When I got it back, someone at Yoon's had taken it upon themselves to stitch up this rip. It was clearly done with an inappropriate machine not meant to be used on a delicate courture garment - thus causing more damage to the rip and structure of this garment - but more importantly, they did so WITHOUT MY PERMISSION *and* WITHOUT DISCLOSING THAT THEY DID IT. In my opinion this means that they mistakenly thought they had caused the rip, and decided to try and stitch it up surreptitiously so that I wouldn't know it happened. Either one of two things happened here: they thought they ripped it and tried to cover it up, or they saw it was ripped and took it upon themselves to repair it without my permission or authorization, doing so inappripriately and damaging the garment further. In either event it was a completely unacceptable thing to do, and they are civilly liable for the structural damage this repair caused to the garment. Thus I am suing in small claims.

Lilly, the owner of this store is one of the many reasons I continuously come back for my dry…read morecleaning! As a woman, one of the most heartbreaking things (even worst than a breakup in my opinion) we endure is seeing a stain on a blouse that we paid an insane amount of money on. Sure, we can lie to ourselves and say the silk blouse we were eyeing was on sale at Saks (it wasn't, but we look gorgeous in it so deal with it) and it was going to be out of stock, thus somehow we didn't stop our hand from grabbing our wallet and walking out of Saks with a new blouse and possibly $200.00 poorer, and now a stain. A. STAIN. THAT. CANNOT. BE. WASHED. Lo' and behold, this is where this amazing owner aka my savior arrives. She goes above and beyond for me and my wardrobe. I somehow have an obsession with white button downs and a love affair with silk so if any stains happen, I'm the first to call her and she, like a doctor being paged to see a patient that is coding out of the blue, Lilly takes one look at whatever stain and assures me it'll be gone and giving me an estimate of when to come pick it up. Her prices are so reasonable and with the amazing work and care that goes into business, I'm surprised she doesn't charge more. I only go to her store and don't plan going elsewhere!
