When I arrived I was under the impression the first visit was free (as per the website) but I had to pay $20 because I didn't live there. The class started and the room smelt lie an old gym bag! Then when I would close my eyes during the class I was told I couldn't every time I did. When I had to leave early I was rudely followed out of the room while being told that I don't know what I'm doing and I can't just leave. Worst yoga experience ever.

I vary each session and try to incorporate some therapeutic poses each time so we can grow a little each time by doing anti-gravity postures and correct any pathologies we may have accumulated with misusage over the years. I have enjoyed the class in the park and the teacher was good so I would go again. It was very hot outside that day so similar to the temperatures in a hot yoga studio. Students have to bring their mats and any accessories they need like blocks. At other studios they rent mats so I assume they will do that too when classes are transferred in the studio and not outside in the park. We were welcomed by the manager of the club and the group was a good size so I recommend trying it if you want a professional studio.

The perk about this location is that it's new and therefore all the facilities are new as well. Plus, there's parking. Plus plus, there are two choices of tea offered after practice. Convenient, but the only disadvantage is that their schedule is a bit limited.
