DO NOT RECOMMEND Made an online reservation for 3 hour spa…read moreaccess and 1hour massage. This reservation was made and cancelled within 24hours as I chose the wrong date . I called the establishment to get a refund because they charge you full cost upon reservation online . I was told that there is a strict cancellation policy . Upon making the reservation it said nowhere about cancellation or refund policies and I verified on website cannot find any policies explaining that. I didn't really care for the refund I really wanted to change the date . i called numerous times and no answer and it is very difficult to get in contact with staff , I ended up leaving a message and a few days later someone did call me back . I was told they have to talk to owner to see if I can reschedule. This whole process took about a week of back and forth to find a solution as they did not want to reimburse me and were not sure I could reschedule . I made and canceled my July 29 th reservation on July 16th almost two weeks before . Finally we rescheduled the three hour access and massage for September. i Arrive at the spa nobody is there the door is looked , I call twice no answer , I leave a message. I decided to wait 30 minutes . I head back to the main entrance after some time and see a man getting out of the jacuzzi he sees me . I explain I have a reservation and he is quite surprised about that and says he is doing maintenance this morning?! He then kindly comes to greet me trying to find my reservation and cannot find it . I show him my info from my past reservation. He then finds my name but no reservartion for this day or time . He offers to set me up but cannot guarantee massage and I would have to pay an extra 60$ if he can find someone. I said that was not the agreement, he explained the cancellation policy again and I explained that this was all settled back in July with him and his employe. I am not sure if the employee forgot to schedule me in or what happened. I did not drive all the way here , nobody expecting me no massage reservation. I decided to go home as I felt completely uncomfortable to stay under these circumstances.
