I've come here regularly for massage over the years and the service I received was always positive. It's not a posh spa, with fountains sprouting out pink champagne were your teacup poodle can also get a manicure. This is a school and what's separating you from other people who are also receiving massages, are curtains, like the curtained off rooms you find in hospital wards. That's the worst thing but if you can get over that, you'l be rewarded by a great massage. Of course it depends on the student you get that day, some are going to be more talented and more thorough than others but for thee price, there's not much to complain. I've paid 3 times that amount for far less better massages at some of the chi-chi spas in town. Try it out, you never know.

This place was small and seemed to only have 1 couple room and 1 single person room. The massage itself was enjoyable. I got the step on massage which is what I usually get. Bodhi does it on a floormat and use walking sticks to support themselves on your back. There was a bit more assisted stretching done than what I am used too which I actually enjoyed a lot. I actually had a group of 6 people which is a lot, but the staff were super kind and accommodating.

As far as yoga studios go, I can't say I'm a connoisseur seeing how this is maybe the third studio…read moreI've ever visited. That being said I loved, loved, LOVED my experience here. The staff is amazing and friendly and the vibe is just amazing. More than just a yoga studio, they have two adorable dogs who basically serve as their mascot (don't worry they are super friendly!) and offer their members tea and comfy couches to chill on before or after class. They have a very convienient schedule with classes throughout the day in both english and french although from experience the instructors switch betwee languages if they need to. Their changing rooms and shower areas are impeccable and cleanliness is definitely not an issue. The only problem you might have is finding a locker at peak hours (evening classses). Classes are fairly priced with 17$ per class (2$ for each matt and towel rental) but you students get a couple bucks off (score!) I would definitely recommend this studio to beginners who want to discover the practice as well as to aficionados who want a challenge (something called PowerFlow - I have never sweat so much in my life). Parking is a bit of a challenge but doable, just arrive early as they don't like latecomers!
