There are three sections: treadmills, rowing, and strengthening. You rotate throughout your class and every workout will be different. There is no half assing here people. You are hooked to a heart monitor and your output is put on display on one several monitors. For you bashful types, don't worry. There is no shaming and the instructor will see that you are working hard. If you are hardly working though, you will get the encouragement you need to make your workout worthwhile.
