We loved the coffee and matcha. Their espresso pulls are on point! Personally loved the French Toast Latte, not at all overbearing in sweetness, perfect balance. The matcha is equally as delicious. The service is a 10 / 10, every interaction was such a delight from the coffee counter to the gentleman cooking you food. Had lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was full, but we were able to grab a table, sitting next to the owners. Suzette and Clay were super friendly, sharing their story about the restaurant and the food. The wait staff was also very friendly. The food was so good. We got the crispy chicken adobo bowl and the longanissa burger. Both were super flavorful. There were loads of veggies, which were fresh and made the dishes full of tasty surprises with every bite. No matter what's going on Suzette's delivers 100%! It can be the busiest tourist season, the Farmers Market or just the shoulder seasons. They deliver time and time again. Proprietor and staff are welcoming and helpful. I had tacos and friend had Chicken Adobo. Serving sizes were perfect; enough for us to each share and taste both entrees and all sides. All dishes were nicely spiced. Not hot, and there is a salsa available to add extra heat for those who want more. I suspect you could ask the chef for a bit of extra heat, too.
