Suzette and Clay were super friendly, sharing their story about the restaurant and the food. The wait staff was also very friendly. The food was so good. We got the crispy chicken adobo bowl and the longanissa burger. Both were super flavorful. There were loads of veggies, which were fresh and made the dishes full of tasty surprises with every bite. Visiting from San Diego, CA. By far the best stop in Hamilton, came in on Christmas Eve, came back as soon as they opened back up on Saturday. The Filipino Breakfast is such a treat! It's a must try. We loved the coffee and matcha. Their espresso pulls are on point! Personally loved the French Toast Latte, not at all overbearing in sweetness, perfect balance. The matcha is equally as delicious. The service is a 10 / 10, every interaction was such a delight from the coffee counter to the gentleman cooking you food. I understand it's 'organic' but I don't see the justification in a tiny salad that costs almost 20$. My wife and I ate lunch there yesterday. It was a memorable meal. She had A crunchy chicken bowl, and I had a pork Mole bowl. Both were simply outstanding. My Mole sauce was generously drizzled over crispy taco shells layered in a filling portion of scrumptious pork, rice and greens. I got great flavors and crunch too. Proprietor and staff are welcoming and helpful. I had tacos and friend had Chicken Adobo. Serving sizes were perfect; enough for us to each share and taste both entrees and all sides. All dishes were nicely spiced. Not hot, and there is a salsa available to add extra heat for those who want more. I suspect you could ask the chef for a bit of extra heat, too.
