The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. I do want to give the owner a lot of credit for how she handled my complaint. When I contacted her, she was very understanding and immediately offered to have the cleaning corrected. I explained that after the experience I wasn't comfortable having the same company return, and instead asked for a 50% refund so I could hire someone else to finish the cleaning. She didn't argue with me, pressure me to give them another chance, or make the process difficult. She issued the refund right away, which I genuinely appreciated.
