This last year he didn't even give me my taxes until the day before the deadline to pay even though I had been emailing and admin about them. When I told him I had questions and I didn't want them filed a certain way he told me it was too late and I would have to pay anyways, even if I wanted to file an extension. Now I'm out $12,000 because he filed the wrong way and refuses to correct them. He either won't respond to emails or give nothing but excuses. This year filing was the same minus the Zoom call. I really like the ease of uploading everything to the portal.
