I've been with SF for 4 years now, And I can honestly say the service has been consistently outstanding. They handle multiple policies for me- umbrella, homeowners, rentals and auto. Everything's been managed professionally and efficiently. From someone who knows properties and wants things done right. I truly appreciate how organized and responsive their team is. If your looking for an agency that treats you like a valued client and provides dependable service across multiple types of insurance ? I highly recommend them. Pete F read more

I had an accident a month or so back and as you might imagine I was pretty upset, not angry but upset, it was my fault. So, I went to the office and was helped by Briana. She helped me set up the app and guided me through the entire process. She could have just told me to get the app and take care of it but I feel she went way beyond that by helping me. She periodically checks with me to see how things are going. I'm thankful and think she's a jewel. read more

My Mother is a former State Farm employee and their products have always been the best in the industry. We've been a State Farm family for over 40 years and I transferred my Whole Life policy under Julia Tipolt's care. Julia and her team are AWESOME!! I've been a part of her State Farm family since 2013. Being a young adult then I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when I first got my auto insurance, but let me tell you now looking at all my policies including renters, a hospital income policy(story:when my newborn son unexpectedly ended up in NICU for 5 days and not know if our current insurance would help pay and my partner having to take additional time off work to be by my side during an emotional hard time. I remember hearing from Julia and her reminding me that I had this policy that would help and let me tell you that check definitely helped with those unexpected finances), I also have Life insurance , and now a Life policy for my son Having this type of coverage gives me the peace of mind that myself and son are taken care of if ever life happened in an unexpected way again. Nothing better you can invest in then yourself. Call Julia's office for your insurance needs TODAY!!! 805-688-5537 read more

I knew that Julia was good, as is her staff (I have all of my personal policies as well as policies for two businesses with her office). Today however I have to upgrade them to a superstar rating. Had a car accident, 100% the other drivers fault, but they were "underinsured", meaning not enough coverage to pay for the extensive damage to my vehicle, so my State Farm insurance is having to manage it all. 3 months later and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me, the hang up is a billing dispute between the repair shop and State Farm. One call to Julia and the following business day I receive the call that she was able to get everything pushed through and handled. I really appreciate Julia and her team! read more

Julia has been my agent for several years. Everyone in her office is fantastic each and every time I call. They all seemed to know me immediately and are super helpful. When one of my cars was involved in an accident I was truly amazed at how efficiently the situation was handled, as well as the buy-out (the car was a total loss) was better than expected. I have always gotten the feeling that everyone at Julia's office really likes their job and wants to take care of me because they all have positive attitudes and really follow through on what they say they will do. Responsive, kind, helpful, and fair all the way around - you can't ask for anything better from an insurance agent! read more

Julia Tipolt's office is great! I just got off the phone with Lisa as I had a question and she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was referred to Julia Tipolt by my realtor, and was extremely pleased with her service. As soon as I contacted her online about my interest in a home insurance quote, she phoned me within a few hours and set-up an appointment to meet with me the next day! During our meeting, she compared her State Farm quote with the one I had gotten previously, and went through, set-by-step what each item covered me for. Since this was my first home-buying experience, I really appreciated all of her extra advice and knowledge. Unfortunately I did not buy the home that I intended to, but if I had I would have definitely chosen to go with Julia Tipolt and her staff. The combined Car/Home Insurance was cheaper through State Farm than my other insurance provider, and you can't beat having a good insurance agent right down the road! read more

Julia and her Team are the best! Great customer service, knowledgeable and there for all your needs! Go see them!!!

Julia has taken care of my family's insurance needs for 15+ years. Started with life, then long-term care, then home which included a flood policy. Decided that it made the most sense to have one agent for all our insurance needs and the outcome has saved us money. The office staff is wonderful. Top notch customer service. Very knowledgeable and responsive to your needs and issues. They totally make you feel that you are important and take the necessary time to make sure all of your needs are covered. And without any pressure to commit. Would highly recommend. read more

I am not the person who usually gets close to individuals when I sign up for things like insurance. But, after raising three teenage boys with Julia Tipolt as my State Farm agent, I can say that I am so grateful for her. We have had several occasions when we have called her when we needed advice or one of us were in some kind of an accident. She has a unique ability to deal with problems while giving concrete suggestions that help you calm down and best take care of the situation. I cannot recommend Julia Tipolt and State Farm more highly. We have had several claims through the years and they have been generous and fair and always more helpful than expected. read more
