Just "sorry" and I am on my own looking for a new home owners policy. As I called around, I found several agents who I spoke with making suggestions, where to look and what kind of policies and limitation I should look for. Most were very helpful and were willing to put time and energy in looking into options. If you want a salesman who lines his own pocket but offers nothing but "sorry" when you need assistance, Alain is the agent for you. Otherwise, stay away from this worthless agent.
