When I finally greeted her with a hello she asked me to hold a moment while speaking to another customer over the phone. Due to the nature of our business we often need proof of insurance certificates in a very short period of time and Holmes & Holmes has always sent us our certificates asap. Recently we had a stressful situation where our business was audited for our worker's comp insurance and we felt that we received an unfair classification for several employees from the auditor, causing our bill to skyrocket. We contacted John Holmes and he immediately agreed that there was a misclassification and he advocated very strongly and persistently for us, until we did indeed receive a huge refund check due from the insurance company.
