If you're getting overcharged for your auto insurance, this might help you…read more A few months ago, I noticed that my auto insurance policy had suddenly increased by a significant amount. I called customer service, and the representative told me there was an issue with the mileage listed on my policy. They assured me they would fix it and that the extra amount I had already paid would be applied as a credit toward my remaining policy balance. I agreed with that solution. The following month, however, I was overcharged again. Since the issue still hadn't been resolved, I decided to visit one of the closest offices in person. I thought speaking to someone face-to-face would be more effective than talking over the phone. I even drove my car there because I hoped they could verify the mileage on the spot. The representative who helped me told me she had never heard of a credit being applied to an account and insisted that the amount I was paying was correct. I explained everything I had been told over the phone and pointed out that my policy showed my vehicle as having over 100,000 miles, even though my car was only about a year and a half old and had fewer than 20,000 miles. Despite that, she refused to verify the mileage or investigate the issue further. Instead, she suggested adding a multi-policy discount or a student discount, neither of which addressed the actual problem. What made the experience even more frustrating was her attitude. She repeatedly dismissed my concerns and made comments such as, "Are you comparing apples to apples?" and "We want you to be happy, and if this price doesn't make you happy, you can go ahead and cancel it." As a customer of nearly two years, I never expected to hear that from someone whose job was to help resolve billing issues. As soon as I left the office, I called customer service again. The representative on the phone reviewed my case, corrected the mileage issue, and reduced my monthly payment from $500 to $240. That confirmed there had been an error all along--one that the office representative either couldn't or wouldn't address. My advice is simple: if you think you're being overcharged, call customer service first. If necessary, call more than once until someone takes the time to thoroughly review your policy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this office for billing or policy issues at all. I left feeling like they were more interested in ending the conversation and discarding my concerns than in helping solve the problem. If I could I will give them 0 stars. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid the same frustration.

Their response..... you must be there physically present to verify that you're the account holder. I told her, I'm in Yuma, shes im California, she said its AAA policy that I must be there in person,, then she said, is there anything else I can help you with.... if I'm paying for it, I should be able to use it, in this case I was 14 hours away, I have to admission I was very pissed off. Needless tobsay I'm looking for a new carrier

I am due for a smog check this year, so I decided to come here after reading the positive reviews…read moreonline. They happily take walk ins for smog checks for cars that are from 2000 and beyond. The location is kept well maintained and clean. There is plenty of seating available for customers. Customer service was superb! Registration Service also offers DMV services including vehicle registration. Please note they are closed on Sundays, and they close at 2 pm on Saturdays. I definitely plan to come here again. I highly recommend Registration Service; please support local businesses!

OK after doing some research on yelp in Google, I came across Registration Service by One. I…read moreinitially called and spoke with Fabiola or better known as Fabi. She was very kind, professional informative just a great personality and Customer Service.. I didn't go right away and then I called about an hour later to see how long of a wait I might have and again Fabi was super nice. So I drove in and I'm like wow I know this area it's right near cronies of Newberry Park so I drove up and it's a very clean property and building went inside inside was greeted. Have a big lobby to wait for your car regardless of what you're having done. I went in for a small check to renew my car registration.. It's a family owned and operated business which I think is always cool. I had to write a five star review and I think Fabi on my outbound and told her I was gonna write her five star review on yelp to advocate on behalf of their business and hopefully Dr. some more business to them because it was just outstanding my whole experience from the time I called in and went in and they're honest they have a clean shop they really care about what they're doing in each customer. I saw a interaction with another customer. It was a great value for what I paid and I got the smog service. There's enough staff which made my weight minimal. It was easy to pay.. Another extra bonus cool thing about registration Services is you can do DMV transactions. I'm not sure what all of those DMV services are, but I know I renew my car registration walk out with my registration document and my tags and an electronically goes straight to DMV. How cool is that? Of course there's a little up charge for that but I'm telling you it's worth the extra minimal service fee to not have to go to DMV take a number and wait or wait in line at the information just to get a number then wait again to talk to someone out a window that is worth the convenience So thank you very much everyone you guys have a great business model excellent customer service and appreciate you guys being professional and really nice and honest so give them a call. Take your car, you'll be happy you do.
