I got a quote from him and other insurance carriers and Kory came back with the best quote and has stuck with the quote since we started with him. He was easy to work with and we even ended up getting renters insurance through him at a killer deal. Recently, I contacted him in regards to making some changes to my auto insurance and the request was fulfilled within 10 minutes. The next day I needed another change and Kory was out of the office but Jon was quick to make the immediate changes that I needed to my automobile coverage. These guys are so friendly and always willing to make things happen in a timely manner. I will definitely be keeping them for my automobile and renter insurance needs and will continue recommending them to friends and family:)

Two things I have to say about this office:…read more 1) How nice it is (and seemingly more hard to find these days) to get good service. Things like getting to a person (not a phone tree) when I call in. Not only getting to a person, but the SAME person if i want. So i don't have to start back over every time I call in. Anytime I've gone into the office, I've been helped right away, by someone who actually knows what they are doing....which brings me to my next point. 2) These people actually know there stuff! It's so refreshing to deal with people that clearly know what they are talking about. The representatives I've worked with are fast, but also thorough. I feel like I get the coverage that is appropriate for me. Overall, great experiences with this office.

Due to the nature of our business we often need proof of insurance certificates in a very short period of time and Holmes & Holmes has always sent us our certificates asap.
